Ingredients

  • Butter Avocado
  • Diced jackfruit
  • Pink tapioca pearls (cooked, soaked in cold water)
  • Coconut water condensed milk
  • Silky Pudding Base
  • 7g plain jelly powder
  • 700ml fresh coconut water
  • 100ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch

Topping:

  • INACO crispy nata de coco
  • sago pearls (cooked, soaked in cold water)
  • fresh coconut meat
  • diced jackfruit


Cooking Instructions

Stir all the ingredients until dissolved, bring to a boil. Cool to room temperature.


PRESENTATION METHOD:

  1. Prepare a clear dessert jar/box.
  2. Roughly crush some avocados, layer them at the bottom of the jar, add some large avocado pieces and some nata de coco randomly.
  3. Slowly pour the silky pudding mixture, leaving space on the surface for toppings. Chill until set
  4. Garnish with toppings: jackfruit, sago pearls, crispy nata de coco, fresh coconut meat
