Coco Tamarillo Shake

Ingredients

  • 5 Dutch Eggplants
  • Inaco Nata De Coco Crispy large pieces
  • 300 ml coconut water
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 5 raspberries
  • 1/2 Sunkist orange
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 100ml soda
  • Yogurt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil the tamarillo using 300ml of nata de coco water.
  2. Add 1 sprig of rosemary.
  3. Boil until the tamarillo is tender.


Presentation Method:

  1. Put the chopped raspberries into the glass
  2. Add Inaco nata de coco
  3. Add 1/2 a slice of sunkist orange and a sprig of rosemary as garnish.
  4. Add enough ice cubes
  5. Pour in the boiled water from the tamarillo
  6. Add 100ml of soda water
  7. Then add yogurt
