Jakarta, Indonesia – PT Niramas Utama (INACO) recently attended a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) organized by the Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) to discuss the ongoing Orang Tua Angkat (OTA) for UMK in the food processing sector. The company's strong commitment to the program was reaffirmed during the FGD, highlighting its dedication to empowering UMK and enhancing their competitiveness in the market.
The OTA program, initiated by BPOM in 2021, aims to foster collaboration between established food industries and UMK in the food processing sector. INACO, with our extensive experience and established position in the industry, has actively participated in the program, currently supporting 22 UMK as their adoptive parent.
The FGD, led by Ibu Ema Setyawati, S.Si, Apt., ME as the Direktur Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan UMKM Pangan Olahan, and Ibu Anita Nur Aini, S.Si, Apt, MSi, as the Kepala Seksi Pendampingan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah, provided a platform for open dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders. The discussion centered on identifying the key needs of UMK, ranging from financial support and human resource development to equipment and knowledge acquisition.
