PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, a subsidiary of PT Niramas Utama, a food and beverage product manufacturer under the INACO trademark, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Tarami Corporation from Japan—the number one fruit jelly manufacturer in Japan based in Nagasaki and part of DyDo Group Holdings, Inc.

Through this partnership, PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera produces fruit jelly in cup packaging with high standards equivalent to production standards in Japan through the Japan Quality Line, a special production line that guarantees the safety, quality, and deliciousness of products equivalent to products produced in Nagasaki, Japan.

This project is also supported by Kawasho Foods Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) which is a partner in procuring some of the raw materials. The entire production process, from raw materials to the final product, is carried out in a halal manner and in accordance with internationally recognized halal certification standards. This allows the presence of jelly products that can be consumed by Muslim consumers, a significant step that has not previously been realized in Japan.

Together with Kawasho Foods Corporation and Tarami Corporation, PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera reaffirms our commitment to management policies that aim to create new and relevant value amidst changes in the global market. This collaboration is a concrete manifestation of this vision, by opening up new opportunities and answering previously unreachable market needs.

This collaboration is also an important milestone for PT Niramas Utama, the parent company of PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera in its journey to enter the global market. PT Niramas Utama, Tarami Corporation and Kawasho Foods Corporation together plan to launch this product in several countries, to meet the increasing need for halal products in the global market.

The journey to realize this collaboration is not easy, but rather a long and challenging journey for approximately 2 years. Perseverance in aligning quality standards, regulations to certification and a strong commitment to food quality and safety that utilizes the use of the latest food production technology are important keys to the success of this collaboration.

"With the existing facilities, as well as a good work ethic, we believe this collaboration will run well and sustainably. We are committed to continuing to present healthy, safe, and high-quality products for as many Muslim consumers as possible around the world. We also appreciate our partners in guiding our human resources to have the same work ethic as human resources in Japan, so that they can be more productive and efficient and able to produce product quality equivalent to Japanese products," said Adhi Lukman, President Director of PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera.

By combining innovation, halal values, and Japanese quality, the collaboration between PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, Tarami Corporation and Kawasho Foods Corporation is expected to be an example of cross-country synergy that produces real benefits for the

global community, especially Muslim consumers who are increasingly aware of the importance of quality halal products. On one occasion, the Minister of Industry appreciated this collaboration. "We support this collaboration as an effort to expand the export market with Halal products. It is hoped that more companies will follow in the footsteps of global supply chain collaboration, thus further supporting industrial growth in Indonesia, creating jobs and increasing added value domestically, which ultimately supports Indonesia's economic growth," said Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.
